We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item has a defect, if the wrong item was sent, or if it arrives damaged, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that all our items are custom printed, so we generally do not accept returns unless there is a valid reason as mentioned above.
If you encounter any of the aforementioned issues, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item, including any Sale items. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item once you have informed us.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@54andco.com and provide relevant details, including a picture of the item along with your receipt. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, we are committed to resolving any issues with your order promptly and to your satisfaction.
